Makin's Technology
At Makin, we use proven material technology, modern design tools, robotic tooling, and that combination means our structures are we are not constrained by shape limitations in any way, and can build any type of building shape, style or or feature. The only limitation is the mind.
Given this is not yet a standard consumer level technology, here is a quick primer to let you see how and what we do, when manufacturing homes or pools for you.
The Materials:
The 1st material is industrial grade structural polystyrene, EPS II.
EPS II is made from styrene molecules, heated in steam, expanded, and compressed into large blocks.
EPS II is a Class A fire rated material, with a very low flame spread (<25), 10x lower than wood, rated as non flammable, with a rated lifetime of 100-350 years
The 2nd material is GRC, a very high performance concrete, used for dams, motorway bridges, skyscrapers etc.
Certification:
Our materials and systems are IBC, ICC, ASCE approved, certified for any home or building structure in America, permit ready in every state or city.
Our Process:
You provide a house design, or we use Ai to help create a design, then we create a 3d model.
The 3d model is transposed to FEA analysis software tools, then loaded with 180mph wind and 8.0 seismic data, to pass International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), and ASCE 7-16 standards.
Once the model passes the FEA system we can move to manufacturing.
Ask your housebuilder if they do this, we don't make average houses, we make exceptional houses.
Raw materials are shipped to the factory or our new portable site factories.
Our software translates CAD and FEA into gcode, for our robots to manufacture.
Specialized robotic machines, patented processes and systems and used to modify raw materials into floors, roofs, all walls, stairs, bathrooms, counters, kitchens, plumbing and wire guides, we make everything.

On site, small teams quickly assemble the MBS units, locking everything together into a highly rigid monolithic structure.
Made by robots, perfect fits by design, no nails, no screws, no saws, no drills, no tape measures, no wasted time.
Final finishing, raw, paint, stucco, Tadelakt, micro-cement, tile, wooden floors, whatever you desire.
